Herbal drink, usage: Put a bag of Moringa in an empty cup, pour hot water over it and leave it for 5 to 7 minutes, then enjoy drinking it. It can be sweetened with honey or sugar.
Delicious iced moringa drink: Put 8 bags in a jug and pour a liter of boiling water over them. Leave it for 20 minutes, then remove the bags. Add half a liter of cold water with ice. You can add a little lemon juice and two tablespoons of orange blossom water, and sweeten with honey.
