Return and exchange policy

Afaneen customers have the right to return or exchange the product in the following cases:

In case of a defect or damage to the product.
In the event that products other than those registered in the purchase invoice arrive.
The last date for exchange or return is 5 days after the customer receives the product.
The customer has the right to return the goods to the store and receive the full amount paid, with the customer bearing the costs of reshipping the goods to the store.

To return the product, you must provide an invoice and order number.
