User Agreement

Introduction to the User Agreement:

Our online store welcomes you (registered with the number "Freelance Document or Official License according to the nature of the activity"), and informs you that you will find below the terms and conditions regulating your use of this store and all legal effects resulting from your use of the store's services over the Internet via this electronic platform, as the use of any person for (store name), whether a consumer of the store's service or product or otherwise, this is approval and acceptance from him and he is fully qualified according to Sharia, system and law for all the articles and provisions of this agreement and it is a confirmation of your commitment to its regulations and what is mentioned therein, and this agreement applies to all types of dealings between the user and the store except for dealings related to personal status and dealings related to issuing deeds related to the actions contained in the property. Article One - Introduction and Definitions:

Article Four - Controls for using Afanin Store:

Article Five - Accounts and Registration Obligations:

Upon applying to join the membership of Afanin Store as a user, you are obligated to disclose specific information and choose a username and a secret password to be used when accessing the Afanin Store services. Thus, you have agreed to:

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password, and you agree to notify Afanin Store immediately of any unauthorized use of your account information at Afanin Store or any other breach of your confidential information.

Afaneen Store will not be responsible in any way for any loss that may be incurred by you directly or indirectly, morally or materially, as a result of disclosing your username or password information.

You are committed to using your account or membership in the Afanin store yourself, as you are fully responsible for it, and if someone else uses it, this is evidence that you have authorized him to use the store in your name and on your behalf.

When using Afanin Store, you agree to use it with all seriousness and honesty.

You undertake to disclose true, correct, current, complete and legal information about yourself as required during registration with Afanin Store and you undertake to update your data in the event of a change in reality or if necessary.

8. In the event of non-compliance with any of the above, the management of Afanin Store has the right to suspend or cancel your membership or block you from accessing Afanin Store services again.

Article Six - Electronic communications and official means of communication:

User agrees that all agreements, notices, statements and other communications provided to User electronically shall be deemed to be equivalent to those in writing and shall be valid and enforceable in accordance with applicable law.

Article Seven - Amendments to the User Agreement and Fees:

Afanin Store may notify you of any amendment to this agreement in accordance with the official means of communication under this agreement, and accordingly your obligations will be doubled or your rights will be diminished in accordance with any amendments that may be made to this agreement.

In the event of an objection to any amendment to the User Agreement, Afanin Store hopes that you will stop using its services, as your mere access to your account in Afanin Store or your use of (store name) constitutes your acceptance of the amendments and full and complete consent that negates ignorance, and Afanin Store accepts discussion of any proposal regarding these provisions.

All fees are calculated in Saudi Riyals, and the user must pay all fees due on the platform, in addition to any other expenses added by Afanin Store, provided that payment is made through the approved, specified and available means through Afanin Store.

Afaneen Store may charge some users fees depending on the offers, products or services they request or the fees or taxes imposed by the state on the nature of the product or service.

Afanin Store reserves the right to add, increase, reduce or deduct any fees or expenses under the articles, terms and provisions of the User Agreement, for any user, regardless of the reason for their registration.

Article Eight - Payment and settlement services for stores in the Afanin store:

Afaneen online store bears any fees related to the electronic payment intermediary for the customer, and in the event of cancellation or return of the order by the customer, these fees are deducted from the order amount.

Afanin Store provides, through its partners, a payment and settlement system in Afanin Store. It can be done entirely online through the payment options available in Afanin Store or through any payment method provided by Afanin Store from time to time.

Afaneen Store is committed to setting the price of the service or product it displays in its store according to the recognized market value.

Afanin Store is committed to providing invoices, receipts and receipts for all amounts and profits generated in its store, and is committed to giving the user an invoice for his purchase of a service or product (store name).

Afaneen Store is committed to providing the generally accepted accounting specifications in its online store, in application of the provisions of this agreement, and for the legal, economic, commercial and organizational interests in this organization.

Article Nine - Your Personal Information and Transaction Details Information:

The user acknowledges that he grants Afanin Store an unlimited, global, permanent, irrevocable, free of charge, and licensed right to use personal or other information or materials that you have provided or supplied to the Afanin Store platform or announced on the platform by joining or using it, through the forms designated for communication and registration, or via any electronic message or any of the communication channels available on the platform. This is for the purpose of achieving any of the interests that the platform deems appropriate.

The provisions of the confidentiality of consumer information are subject to the rules of the “Privacy and Confidentiality Policy” of (Store Name), and to the provisions of this agreement related to the confidentiality of information.

Article 10 - Intellectual Property:

The intellectual property rights of Afanin Store are rights owned by (store name) in full, whether they were owned by them before or after the establishment of this electronic platform.

The user or consumer respects the intellectual property rights of Afanin Store, which includes Afanin Store itself, and the words, logos and other symbols of Afanin Store or displayed on Afanin Store, as Afanin Store, and every right that follows Afanin Store, are rights owned by the full intellectual property of (store name).

Article Eleven - Afanin Store Responsibility:

Article Twelve - Confidentiality of Information:

You, as a user, acknowledge that the Internet is not a completely secure medium, and the confidentiality of your personal information cannot be 100% guaranteed through Afanin Store.

Article Thirteen - Restriction of Access or Membership:

Article Fourteen - Replacement Policy:

Without prejudice to the provisions of the contractual and statutory warranty, the consumer has the right to replace the product provided to him by Afanin Store within seven days following the date of receipt of the product, and he does not have the right to replace the product after seven days have passed.

To replace the product, the product must be in good condition and the consumer must not have used the product or benefited from it. (Store Name) has the right to inspect the product before replacing it to ensure its safety.

The consumer is not entitled to replace the product in the following cases:

If the product was manufactured based on the consumer’s request or according to specifications specified by him, with the exception of products that are defective or that do not comply with the specifications specified by the consumer.

If the product is a video tape, disc, CD or software that has been used.

If the product is newspapers, magazines, publications, books or other works considered to be works of literature.

If the product is defective due to poor handling by the consumer.

If the contract covers the provision of accommodation, transportation or catering services.

If the contract deals with the purchase of software download products over the Internet.

Article Fifteen - Return Policy:

Without prejudice to the provisions of the contractual and statutory warranty, the consumer has the right to terminate the contract and return the product provided to him from the Afanin store within seven days following the date of receipt of the product, and he is not entitled to that product after seven days have passed.

In order to return the product, it must be in good condition and the consumer must not have used the product or benefited from it. (Store Name) has the right to inspect the product before returning it to ensure its safety.

The consumer is not entitled to return the product in the following cases:

If the product was manufactured based on the consumer’s request or according to specifications specified by him, with the exception of products that are defective or that do not comply with the specifications specified by the consumer.

If the product is a video tape, disc, CD or software that has been used.

If the product is newspapers, magazines, publications, books or other works considered to be works of art.

If the product is defective due to poor handling by the consumer.

If the contract covers the provision of accommodation, transportation or catering services.

If the contract deals with the purchase of software download products over the Internet.

In the event that the provisions of the aforementioned return policy are met, the consumer has the right to terminate the contract and return the product to Afanin Store with a refund of the amount paid.

Article Sixteen - Applicable law or regulation:

This User Agreement is governed by and formulated in accordance with the laws, regulations and legislation in force and in effect in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and is fully and completely subject to the regulations in force with the authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Article Seventeen - General Provisions:

In the event that any provision or clause contained in this User Agreement is cancelled or that any provision or clause contained in this User Agreement is no longer valid, such matter does not cancel the validity of the remaining provisions, clauses and terms contained in the User Agreement and they remain valid until further notice from the management of the Afanin Store.

This User Agreement - which may be amended from time to time as appropriate - constitutes the User Agreement, working mechanism, understanding, agreement and contract between Afanin Store and the user. Both parties to this agreement agree to take into consideration the following:

The Arabic language is the language used when interpreting the provisions of this Agreement, or when translating it into another language.

All prices displayed on Afanin Store services or products may be modified from time to time.

The promotional or marketing offers that Afanin Store may put forward are temporary offers, as (store name) has the right to modify or stop these promotional or marketing offers at any time.

The parties to this agreement are committed to dealing with each other in a manner that does not violate the Sharia rules, regulations and laws in force related to the nature of the dealings between (store name) and the user.

This User Agreement shall not be terminated except by a decision issued by the management of Afanin Store.
